WEEKLY DRUM PRACTICE Fridays, 9:30 – 11:30 am.

We’ll start out with a gentle warm up, listening to our bodies and preparing different rhythms with movement before we focus on playing the Buk drum and/or the Mother drum. It is a great way to get to know the DiRRiD method.

You’ll gain strength and focus. It’s centering, invigorating, and fun. Beginners welcome!

Drop in $25, 6 classes for $120. (Discounts available if needed.)
